  • I am not a beauty therapist, can I create an account?

    Waxxxpress products are intended for professional use only, you must be a qualified or training beauty therapist, as you require a valid salon or school license to register.

  • I’m having trouble signing in; who can I contact to help me?

    Please submit an enquiry via Contact Us page or Need Help section and one of our representatives will contact you to help you sign in.

Ordering

  • Our refund policy

    It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us via e-mail if you do not receive your order or the items appear to be damaged or faulty within 48 hours.
    If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must contact us via the Contact Us page or Need Help section within seven working days of receipt of the goods and provide us with your order reference number. One of our Waxxxpress representatives will be in contact to discuss and resolve your query. If we do not receive notification within seven days, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.

    When goods have been ordered in error or as not expected, it is Waxxxpress policy not to accept returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • How will I know if my order has been received?

    After you have submitted your order and  paid via Paypal, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped. As well, you can see your order status as Processing – it means that your payment received and your order soon will be shipped.

  • How do I change or cancel an order?

    Orders may not be cancelled. If you would like to vary or add any item to your order you will need to create a new order.

  • What credit cards are accepted on your site?

    You can pay via Paypal by using: MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Discover, AMEX, Switch, Maestro and Solo. You don’t have to create Paypal account.

Delivery

    • How soon will I receive my order?

      We aim to get your order to you as FAST as possible! Your order will be dispatched from our USA warehouse within 48 hours. You will receive and email once your order is dispatched that will allow you to track your order’s progress to your salon.
